Return Policy

Print-à-Porter products are made to order. The policy below complies with Romanian and EU consumer protection legislation.

Right of return

You can return standard products within 14 calendar days of receipt, if unused and in good condition. Please write to us first at contact@printaporter3d.com for approval and instructions.

Exceptions

Personalized products or products made to your specifications — custom dimensions, engraved text or logo, colors or materials chosen for the order — cannot be returned under applicable law, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the product, refunds are processed within a maximum of 10 business days, using the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect products

Contact us immediately with photos and your order number — we resolve issues as quickly as possible.
